About the Job
Contractors of Customer service is needed for home bases virtual call center. Responsibility Intel client support vile phone or chat or even both on all client software as well as end-user training for all new and existing contractors. Ensure end-user technology hardware, software that meets business requirements and that end-users can accomplish business tasks.
Must be able to work with customers and staff on all levels while maintaining a highly professional attitude. Common sense requirements for this position include-excellent communication (verbal and written), impeccable organization, ability to pro-actively seek out new duties and learn new applications quickly, and work well in a team-based environment.
Must have six months to one year of progressive responsible work experience in customer service within a call center averment. Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (2007 or 2010).
