Customer Service Agent Needed! Work Flexible Hours with Zendesk, Shopify & ShipStation

We are looking for an efficient, independent worker to provide customer service help for the next 2-3 months.
This position will be in charge of all written customer service inquires (mainly email and Facebook messages), for an eCommerce brand that will be 'in season' shortly.
Day to day hours are completely flexible, however we would like to keep our average response time well below 24 hours, and our max response time below about 48 hours. Being able to manage this responsibility will likely require 5-6 'shifts' per week of about 2 hours each.
Our customer service agent will use Zendesk, Shopify and Shipstation to respond to customer questions, provide delivery updates and estimates, make order edits, provide refunds/cancellations, etc.
Experience with any of these 3 platforms is a HUGE plus.
Most customer inquiries will have template responses ready to go, but all customers are US based so natural / fluent English is a must.
