Our product is a paid monthly membership site. We provide live coaching, access to recordings and a community of 6,000 paying members and global meetups. We help people transform their lives.
We currently have 2 agents on email tickets and 1 on live sales chat. We have one contractor who takes the live weekly session and downloads/uploads the audio and video into the membership site.
Currently I'm managing all of this loosely.
We need a Customer Service Manager to tie all of this together. To set out a customer care manifesto, take care of the entire team, build out a knowledge base, and run weekly meetings to seek improvement and celebrate achievement. We need a strong team and a good leader/manager will help create that.
It does not need to be full-time. Please provide in your bid all your past experiences relating to this. We want to know why this is for you.
