We are looking for a former handyman or contractor to help us with customer service. We sell barn door hardware on Amazon.

Our customers have detailed questions about installation processes, measurements, and customer installs that require the domain knowledge of a handyman.

This will be an ongoing customer service role that will require the following:

Responding to customer service emails.
Answering customer questions on the telephone.
Sending replacement parts.
Creating replacement orders.

The goal is to answer all questions and handle all issues within 24 hours.
