We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, active candidate to fill the position of a customer service representative for our online shops.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email, chat and phone.
- Consult new clients about products, ordering process, payment options etc.
- Provide support for existing clients: resolving clients' complaints if any, answering questions about orders.
- Control client's orders to make sure they are timely delivered.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in customer support services is a plus.
- Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in French or Spanish is a big advantage.
- Ability to quickly and competently respond to clients
- Computer skills
- Logical mind, discipline, attentiveness, responsibility
- Stable internet connection from 50 Mbt/s and up and quiet environment.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
This position is part time (3-4 hours a day).
