Answering:
1. Amazon messages
2. Fb messages
3. Fb comments
4. phone calls (incoming / outgoing)
5. emails
6. amazon review comments
7. relaying customer questions you cant answer to our doctor
8. Zendesk or other platform tickets.
9. Processing refunds or fixing order mishaps
10. Reporting on daily work through a spreadsheet.
11. Using slack to communicate
