Looking for a NATIVE ENGLISH speaker/writer to work in our Health advisory companies customer service department to start working part time on the weekends.

Speak and write in English exceptionally
Know how to use Facebook
Know how to use Facebook Messenger
Know how to follow directions and also think creatively to figure out solutions to problems.
Detail oriented

Know how to use Google Spreadsheets
Quick learner

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to...

Answering:
1. Amazon messages
2. Fb messages
3. Fb comments
4. phone calls (incoming / outgoing)
5. emails
6. amazon review comments
7. relaying customer questions you cant answer to our doctor
8. Zendesk or other platform tickets.
9. Processing refunds or fixing order mishaps
10. Reporting on daily work through a spreadsheet.
11. Using slack to communicate
