Looking for native English speakers who can help us help more customers via voice/phone, email, chat. This work is remote and all work is performed online.
Successful candidates are:
-Available 11a-7p CST.
-Have reliable hardware and internet.
-Are communicative and well spoken via digital formats (email, chat) and voice formats (voice conferencing).
-Have good judgment in terms of helping customers (professional, courteous, empathetic, helpful, solutions oriented).
YOU MUST:
-Be able to work between the hours of 8a-8p CST (full time or part time hours)
-Be able to orient (learn about our processes, procedures, and the tools we use) during US -business hours.
-Be able to be online and available during your shift.
-Be able to communicate issues, concerns, and ideas.
-Be able to help customers over the phone (voice over internet - using microphone/headphones).
-Have some CS experience.
-Be comfortable learning new software and tools (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, Slack chat, etc).
