Our platform helps students practice English with native English speakers via video chat.
We need someone who's fluent in spoken and written English, is a fast learner, and can think critically to solve students' problems. Our students are looking to learn about our product and pricing, ask questions about using their subscription, and report problems they're facing.
This person will help us full-time (Mon - Fri) answering customer emails. Most of the work will be to respond by using prewritten responses, but sometimes it will require some investigation by reviewing the customer's history and past issues that are similar.
Ideally this person would work during California business hours (-8 hours in total, anytime between 8 am and 7 pm PST each work day).
Skills needed for this project:
- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in customer success
- Friendliness, empathy, being proactive, and having strong critical thinking skills
