A baby product website is looking for an admin and customer service representative.

Required skills:
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with QuickBooks
Proficient with graphic design and photo editing software
Professional attitude and a customer service focus

Duties and tasks:
Making phone calls
Replying to emails
Experience in handling customer's issue
Handle UPS and Canada Post claims
Website maintenance, photo editing, social media marketing
Connect with warehouse manager immediately with orders related matter

The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience of administrative position, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to multi-task.
