Skull Outfitters is an eCommerce Brand in the Skull/Bikers/Gothic Niche established in 2018 and selling globally on self-hosted eCommerce store.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a talented ustomer Support Representative to join our team and help us to provide a faster and better response to our customers!


Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service and do everything so that the customer will be satisfied with 100%

- Instilling trust and confidence in our brand

- Works closely with customers in real time utilizing Facebook Messanger, Facebook Post, and email communication

- Proactively follow up on all customer requests (new and existing orders)

- Effectively resolve complex customer service challenges within timeline set by customer, and where reasonable.

- Understand the overall brand's goals, and work with your team lead to meet or exceed these goals.

- Proactively read and respond to daily internal operations needs as required.

- Clearly communicate accurate information and set clear expectations for customers, ensuring the customer experience is optimal.

- Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

- Understand the market and our target audience to establish a 'guts feeling' which can improve communication with the customer.

Requirements:

- Talented communicator with Facebook Messanger, Facebook Posts and Customer Service on Email.
- Detailed oriented
- Internet savvy
- Familiar with Gmail
- Familiar with Google Drive tools (docs, spreadsheet, etc...)
- Fluent written English
- Punk, Bikers, Gothic knowledge and concepts a plus :)
- Familiar with Shopify Platform - a plus

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00pm (local time), { Flexible hours}


Compensation:

- $300/month + Bonuses
- 13th month salary
- vacation days / holidays off
