I have raw data on Farm Sales. I need assistance interpreting it, simplifying it and visualising it.

Currently, have a spreadsheet with farm sales data in it. Need to use this to calculate the average price paid per Hectare in a region based on the milk production of the farm sales.

Then need to extrapolate that information/data and use it to estimate land value.

For a start I would like to take the data on sheets 6,7 & 8 and get them into a table on sheet 5.

Then I would like to use the results to estimate the price of land with known milk solids based on known Hecteres and known and estimated milk prioduction and valuing it using 5, 10 and 20 year averages for milk price sales per hectere and use the averages for all land, 100+ Ha, land and 250 ha. + land.
