Looking for a reliable individual to assist with gathering, arranging and processing data by markets and sales associates, and prepare weekly reports through Excel.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of advanced Excel skills such as formatting, creating complicated formulas and working with foreign currencies.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through with projects from start to finish.
- Focused and attentive to details, ability to think independently and detect problem issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support weekly reports including partner markets, sales associates' performance, and other key reporting.
- Prepare analysis in Excel by retrieving data between various files to determine profitability and the next step with the markets.
- Provide timely feedback to management.
- Perform other duties as required.
