Need:
We would like a really skilled data analytics engineer to help us with non-Google Analytics data collection and analytics, particularly using SQL and SQLite KPI collection of offline cached data from smartphones (people often keep their mobile data turned off in Myanmar) or for off-brand Chinese phones that aren't compatible with Google Play. Offline data would sync via background service with Azure cloud when there's a connection.

IT social enterprise in Myanmar. 85 employees, 80 of whom are Myanmar nationals. 40 software devs. All Myanmar nationals. About 60% women.
