The position will provide eligibility coordination services to various areas of the organization; perform routine to complex data entry and data maintenance functions; and is responsible for timely and accurate database maintenance, including compiling the work of others.
Position Responsibilities
Enter data from various documents or data sources.
Assist, monitor and audit the work of other data entry staff, including temporary employees.
Update member eligibility determined by regulatory agencies and systems.
Write and assist in the development of the desk top procedures (DTP) for assigned functions.
Coordinate with vendors on imaging and data updates.
Open and sort incoming documents (e.g., member selection forms and claims, etc.).
Process returned member mailings through incumbent distribution and member record updates in the CalOptima systems.
Review data and determine appropriateness for inclusion.
Maintain files of member selection forms, and other documents.
Perform special data-entry procedures, including Excel sorts and mergers, filters and compiling reports.
