Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Data Scrubber Needed job

The goal of this project is to pool a list of owners and operators that meet the following criterion:
1. Are on the Resy.com platform
2. Own/operate Restaurants that are only open in the late-afternoon and evening. 4pm or later is a safe bet.

Step 1: Go to the Resy website and draft an exhaustive list of restaurants for each city listed below:
Los Angeles
Napa
San Francisco
Portland
Seattle

Step 2: From that list, pair down to a list of the restaurants that are only open in the later afternoon and evening.

Step 3: Take that paired down list and scrub for owner/operator/manager contact info. Specifically, I'm looking for first name, last name, restaurant name, restaurant city, title, phone and email address
