Hello Customer Success Representatives!
My partner and I have a SAAS business dedicated to automate bookkeeping for successful entrepreneurs all over the world.
I am looking for a technical customer success representative specifically with these requirements:
-Experience working with customers by phone & email
-Experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online preferably)
-Must be able to work during US States Business Hours
-Must be looking for a long-term relationship (ideally 1 year)
-Must be able to respond to emails within an hour during our established business hours
-Fluent English
Nice to have:
Knowledge in Fitness industry or MindBody Online
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
-Answer customer support requests by email - digging in, investigating, and solving the deeper issues that they may not even be aware of
-Proactively reach out to customers to see if there are any support issues that can be fixed before the customer even knows they have the issue
-Create knowledge base articles for each issue as they occur
There are 5 parts to the hiring process, so please keep in mind that some time will need to be dedicated for a questionnaire, video, paid test project, and two 1-on-1 interviews.
