Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

Design Avago APDS9960 gestures demo kit. Both HW and the necessary FW for a selected MCU - preferred Cypress PSoC or STM32.

Very simple demo. Should have 5 LEDs to signal each of the gestures:
- Up,
- Down,
- Left,
- Right,
- Click/Push

Deliverables: all sources and HW manufacturing files. Necessary instructions.

If this demo is accepted, we will continue this project to add host connectivity etc.
