Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Design banners and preview pictures job

We need a designer who will take care of the graphic content for our marketing activities, such as:
- Banner ad design (we need to continuously renew our existing campaigns, at least weekly)
- Preview pictures for the blog and online media publications
- Nice pictures for SM campaigns

We're looking for somebody who:
- Have a possibility to work in CET working hours
- Fast to respond and react to all new activities
- Design banners and pictures in hours (not in days)
