I am planning for my retirement home/resort. I am looking for a freelancer or an agency that will help me realize my dream home. The deliverable will be detailed design documents (architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical, interior, landscape) and each would be a major milestone. I am also open to having each as a project on its own if that is better for any reason that I can't see now.
The location is unique (over a hill in an agricultural part of the Arabian desert), the land dimensions are unique, and the vision I have is unique (fusion of colonial Spanish and modern style with large different views from different angles). This will be a challenging project and a good way to show your skills in so many ways!

- 4K High Quality Renderings of the Villa, Landscape and Villa Fence.
- Architectural 2D Elevation Drawings for the 3D Modelled Facade(s) and Fence.
- Structural study with Complete Foundation / Column(s) / Slab(s) / Water tank / Staircase.
- Mechanical and Electrical Drawings with complete sanitary system, cooling, and wiring.
- Interior design with Complete 3D Modelling for the spaces in the Villa + 4K High Quality Renderings + 2D Auto-CAD Drawings (The Detailed Drawings will include the following: Gypsum Plan, Electrical Plan, Decor Plan, and Flooring Plan).
