Required HTML5 freelancer for Designer wanted for creating HTML5 bannerset for Google Retargeting job

We are looking for someone who has experience with designing banners for Google Display advertising. For this particular order, we are looking for a set of banners (HTML5) to be used for retargeting purposes by our online marketing partner.

We are a storage rental company, but we operate a little bit different than self storage companies. Instead of making people come to us to put their items in a storage locker, we come to them and pick-up the items they wish to store. This is different from what most people are expecting, but in many cases it is a better fit for them. The entire journey of getting people acquainted with our service and its benefits is, therefore, of the utmost importance.

Our ideal candidate is capable of conceptualizing the best way to re-approach people who already visited our website, but are still in the selection process to find the ideal solution for their problem. They need to store their belongings (mostly because they are in the middle of a life changing event, such as moving houses, renovating, or trying to free up some space for a home office or extra bedroom).
