Our email platform is Apple mail.
We require the ability to flag (or uniquely mark) an email on a gmail account. We need to have upwards of 20 unique markings.
In our office, there are upwards of 10 computers logged into the same email address. Currently we use the inbuilt flagging system in apple mail to delegate the email to a particular person for action. Once flagged, this is automatically reciprocated by apple mail on the the other computers instantly.
This is an ideal set up for our office and the only problem is that there are only 7 different flags available and seemingly no way of increasing the number of flags.
We ideally, would like more flags added to the existing platform (20 or more). But if this is not possible, we simply require the ability to quickly and efficiently colour code an email and have it carry across to multiple computers.
