Regarding to design will share with you soon
The text contains arabic and english and that for data .
Data contains one table text data (arabic and english )with 6-9 cols.
complete source code on completion is needed. and the app should work on all Android resolution and versions.
this project includes :front-end and back-end with admin panel and REST APIs
also this project includes setup the hosting for the admin panel ,and i will get from you the apk file and admin panel with rest APIS

in search block :
Listbox 1, 2, and 3 are the filters to search.
List 1 will be 'location'.
List 2 will be 'sale/buy/rent'.
List 3 will be 'real estate type .(ie: clinic .or warehouse ...)'.
I want those listboxes filled from admin panel

First level of query based ..location
Second :listbox2
Third :listox 3
main data file contains many sheets ..the sheet's names is locations names .each sheet for one location
in listbox1 each keyword should shows on compatible sheet in main file

admin will upload one excel file each time (no accumulative data and database app contains only last data file uploaded )
in front end user can add new real estate. it is additional page for user .if he like to add new data
when user(not admin) new add data .data waits admin approvals before its saved to database in accumulative other table

-when user press call by phone then the tel num of sender and target tel and post text stored in special table

Call by phone = call on owner's number
contact by messenger = message to owner's number
send by Whatsapp = share that particular property on WhatsApp to anyone.
facbook msnger link is External andjust need to redirect to that link.
Excel data contains maybe more than 7000 records so tha database should stable for upload 10000 number of records in one time
ads area contains google ads and ads integration it is needed
