You are required to develop an android library that can control via WiFi or Bluetooth Toshiba's Smart TVs controls (navigation, volume, power, menu, back etc...).

The goal is for an android phone app to be able to control Toshiba Smart TV as a remote control.

The app that seems to be able to control Toshiba Smart TV which you can use for research purposes

Considerations
* phone can't be rooted.
* must comply with Google Play Guidelines
* the library should work with the newest Android API (Oreo)
* the final library should be in .aar format
* the library should be able to run in any app (not only system app)
* the library should be able to control the tv without additional server side app on the tv itself (see how the app i posted above works and copy it's network integration somehow)
