Required Android,CSS,CSS3,HTML freelancer for Develop Shopify App For Public job

Need a Shopify App that can change products pricing based on visitor's I.P location. So it's able to change their currency to a local currency & change the base price to a higher amount or lower amount depending on where they are.

For example:
A user from Canada get's a price of 99.99 (Converted to CAD) for a device
As user from India gets a price of 89.99 (Converted to RUP) for the same device.

This is NOT a private app. I would like it to be available on Shopfy's PUBLIC App store so others can purchase the service. It will need to follow all the rules and be integrated into Shopify's SDK and approved.

An understanding of billing and Shopify app Integration will be needed.
