We need an app developed integrated with a website. The app will be for mobile devices. It will combine the features of a treasure hunt with a frequent flyer program that also serves up advertising at a destination. Participants will install the app and enroll on their devices. The app will need a GPS mapping feature. The map must zoom in and out. The company will set locations where prize chests are secreted. Participants will view the map to see pinpointed treasure locations. A single click on a location will give store details. A double click will set the location as the destination. Audible driving instructions will then be provided by app. Mileage driven to the location will be recorded under the participants account number. Total miles accumulated entitles participants to frequent rider program incentives, plus miles accumulated increases levels in the treasure hunt. The higher the level the more valuable the prizes. At the destination the app will welcome and congratulate the participant. The app will then guide the participant to the in-store reception agent. There the agent's device will 'handshake' with the participant's device. This will acknowledge and record participant's arrival. In confirmation a key will be delivered to the participant's device. A treasure chest will also appear on his device. The participant will drag the key to the chest to unlock and reveal his treasure. The app will randomly deliver a prize to be claimed by participant. The app will then deliver instant advertising offers valid in the specific store to participant's device.

The website should allow sponsors to log in and review performance data and manage their offers. Data should include number of registered participants, mileage accumulated, and number of responses to store locations. It should allow customer participants to view current prizes offered and those previously rewarded, open the map to see treasure locations, and log in to their accounts to see and redeem frequent rider miles for incentives offered, and see what treasure hunt level they're current in.

We want you and/or your team to develop this first proof-of-concept version of this app. Further refinements and upgrades to the app and website can be made thereafter under a subsequent bid.
