We are an Airbnb property-management company. We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to create a website for prospective customers, and an admin portal for our customers.
1) The website will be similar to airsorted.com. It will have dynamic elements to capture customer emails into a database, as well as functionality to let users type in an address / zip code, # of bedrooms, and return an estimate of rent. We will provide the rent data
2) The admin portal has functionality for:
-onboarding steps: integrate with calendly to schedule meetings
-calendar: implement a simple calendar letting customers set prices on certain days or block off days. We will provide the Airbnb API hook to change it on airbnb (straightforward)
-bookings:display guest profile pic, dates, price breakdown
-performance: show reviews, graph of earnings, and guest comments
-billing: integrate with stripe or another credit card processor. Generate .csv invoices
-cleans: be able to schedule cleanings
-preferences:let customer set min nights, prices, discounts, special requests, etc.
-FAQ
We have purchased Wordpress templates for the front ends of both the main website and the admin website. However, if the developer is comfortable with another system, we are open to that also.
