We are looking for an application developer to create a program to chart and graph data, preferably using Angular 2+ and Chart.js. This could be packaged as a standalone Electron/Cordova application or a progressive web app that allows loading a local or remote.

The application will read a JSON file of data definitions and key/value/time tuples, and will graph this on screen, allowing the user to review and navigate the data.
