Required PHP,Symfony,Symfony 4 freelancer for Developer needed for large Symfony web application project job

We are starting an entirely new web application which is going to be based on Symfony 4.

Our web developers will be building the most business sensitive parts of the application, but we will need an extra pair of hands for certain areas.

Some of the areas needed to be built by the web applications are the following:
- Custom CMS for managing pieces of content
- Interface for building Surveys (titles, descriptions, options, logos upload etc...)
- Entire system needs to be fully i18n
- Business sensitive parts (e.g. algorhythms and calculations) need to be covered by Unit Tests
- User Hierachy and RBAC
- Usage Reports and customer billing
- End-user surveys (drag and drop questions)
- API for end-user surveys

This is going to be a 3-4 month project and we are going to hire by the hour.
