Required MetaTrader 4 (MT4) freelancer for Developer needed for MT4 Expert Advisor job

I need an EA for MT4 which can close all open trades when the Equity reaches a specified target. Let me explain with the below example .
Lets say the balance is 5000 USD and I have entered the 'Above Equity Target' as 120 and 'Below Equity Target' as -200. What this means is the EA should wait until the Equity reaches either 5120 or 4800. Once either of the Equity numbers is reached, the EA should close all the open trades.
Please note I have a robot that trades around 30 pairs and keep generating trades.Hence, the EA should run the cycle continously. In the above example, lets say the EA closed all the trades becuase the Equity reached 5120. It should now take the new Balance of 5120 and wait until the Equity reaches either 5240 or 4920 and close all the open trades once either of the numbers is reached.It will then take the new balance and continue the cycle.
