Required HTML5,Web Design,Website Development freelancer for Developer needed for wordpress clean up and Google black list removal job

Google has black listed my site, my current developer removed some files and links, I have had Sucuri scan and clean the site, but the recommendation I received was to get another URL and rebuild my business.

I have owned a URL for 11 years, I have never had an issue, I want a site redesign after this is cleaned up. It is currently hosted on WP Engine, I will provide all log in information upon request.
