Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

Insert ArcGIS IFrames into Wordpress website so that header and footer shows on all devices and map (which is a the only content on the page) resizes responsively to the browser size. Code is attached that I received from ArcGIS Online.

I am currently using an iFrames plugin to try and solve this and not having much success in creating a full page design that responsively sets itself for mobile, tablet, and monitors.
