Hi there!

We run a website which is using a theme from themeforest, however this theme has lost a lot of functionality in terms of what we are trying to build. We'd like someone to redesign our website based on the same concept but using a more simple theme (something like Wordpress's template theme) and make it fully responsive and can update for the future. You will be provided with the logo and design detail, but will also have to be creative at certain points.

Apart from that, we want you to implement our own comment system, user registration system, and rating system for posts which adhere to Google's standards. These should be integrated into the theme.
