our company is operated on Wix's platform and has a form which has been created using 123Formbuilder. We need the form to have the capability to generate a URL that allows for two third-party vendors to input their data based on the information that visitors fill out when they visit our site. Additionally, once the form is completed we need for it to be sent back to the visitor with the aforementioned information. As well as provide finabirds admin with a notification and a copy of the application every step of the way.
