We need to hire a web developer who can take over a dev server and complete pending tasks

Context:

We have been working with an agency for 4 months to complete our new site. They were unable to fulfill specific enhancements in our contract and decided to end the project.

We need a web developer that has experience taking over a dev server, complete Wordpress pending tasking, copying live site and merging content and eventually pushing the site live.
