Required Financial Analysis,Financial Modeling,Excel freelancer for Development of underwriting Processes job

We are looking for someone to help with the underwriting and due diligence process for a distressed asset Investment vehicle.

We buy Non Performing Residential Mortgages, and are now working on the establishment of a Fund, dealing with the above mentioned investments.

Particularly, I am trying to achieve the following two goals:

- Build out a due diligence process practice, from A-Z involving Freelancers for tasks like Title Checks, calling counties and townhouses regarding delinquent taxes and other liens, etc.

- Building of an Investment Strategy Model, particular for the Non performing Note space, including collateral evaluation and AVM data.
