Required software development freelancer for Device driver level decryption - Bypass sniffer for data/packet sniffing, Data security job

I have my software, that sends data to a printer ( plain text ), through USB cable.
currently any sniffer tool can detect it ( as it is a plain text ).

I want to encode/encrypt the data in my software ( so if any sniffer detects it only can see the encoded one, not the plain text),

And some how, need to decode/decrypt (may be at the device driver level) back to original plain text ( after passing the sniffer ), and send to the printer ( or external device ) via USB.
