Required software development freelancer for Devops Engineer job

We are looking for a part time DevOps Engineer for a long term project. Expertise should include:
- Proficiency with public (e.g. AWS) and private cloud hosting environments
I am looking for AWS DevOps Engineers with significant experience in docker, EC2, ECS, IAM, cloudwatch, terraform and Circle CI
- Linux configuration and hardening
- Network configuration: FW, LB, subnets, etc.
- Kubernetes cluster setup and maintenance
- RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- MemSQL
- MongoDB
- Elastic Search + Kibana
- Monitoring the system in production
