Required Lotus Notes freelancer for Domino Lotus Notes 4.6 Server's certification expiring job

I am working on Domino Version 4.6. Every time, I start or restart the server from the command prompt, I get the following message...
WARNING: Your certificate issued to / by / will expire on. Request a new certificate by choosing File-->Tools-->User ID-->Request Certificate.
And so I follow the steps suggested and am brought to a PopUp. In this popup, there are four tabs on the pane on the left. These include -

So I click on the 'Certificates.' Here I see three certificates listed and all three are listed like the following...

Clicking on these certificates lists their details like - Key, Created Date, Expiry Date, Certifier information and so on.
Only the last certificate in this list has an expiry date. I do have an option of selecting that certificate and then clicking the 'Request Certificate' button. The issue with this approach is that when I click on this button I am brought to the 'Mail Certificate Request' popup and the email in our Lotus Notes does not work. So I just cannot proceed further.
In order to circumvent this approach I tried two things -
1. I went to File --> Tools -->Server Administration. Here I chose the server to administer and then I go to configure servers. At this point I am brought to the Address book pane which has several options including but not limited to...

I drill further down on Server in the left pane and see several more options -
-->Certificates
-->Clusters
-->Servers. So I select the Servers option. Here I select the server that I want to certify and I click on 'Actions' on the top menu bar and I click 'Recertify Server.' At this point I am prompted to chose a certifier ID which I do. This is the same organizational certifier id that you asked me to create in your post above. I enter the certifier id password and upon successfully entering the password I am prompted to enter a new certificate expiration date, which I do. I get the message that the server was successfully recertified but when I log off and log back on, I receive the same message in the command prompt..

2. The other thing that I tried was to certify the server.id file using the new organization certifier that I created upon your suggestion. I am able to certify the server.id file successfully but I still keep receiving the same warning.
If you feel that you can resolve this situation, please let me know and we can proceed further.
