I am looking for someone to draft up to date stock motions for me. I practice criminal law and often need to file motions quickly. I would like to have someone draft a few motions specific to Colorado Law in which they thoroughly lay out the most up to date legal standards for each type of motion. The more case law cited the better. These motions are to be stock motions, thus there are no specific case facts to be addressed. I will add those in on a case by case basis. The motions will list all legal issues that could arise in each specific instance and cite cases and law that support the issues.
The purpose of these motions is to provide a stock of pre-researched motions so that when our firm gets a new case in where we must file a motion, we do not have to reinvent the wheel every time a motion to suppress is needed. This is similar to how Public Defender offices and large law firms build their motion banks. Our practice is in Colorado so the case law must be either from the 10th circuit, Colorado, or the US Supreme Court. Prior experience working for a Public Defender Office will likely assist greatly in this task.
The following are a list of stock motions I need drafted currently, but for people who have access to public defender motion banks with hundreds of stocks and have suggestions for further stock motions for my defense practice, I will also pay to have any further relevant stock motions drafted once we discuss which ones I need.

- Motion to Suppress Statements made by Defendant in a DUI traffic stop
- Motion to Suppress Evidence Obtained through Illegal Entry into a home
- Motion to Suppress Evidence Obtained through Illegal search of a car
- Motion to Suppress Statements Obtained in violation of Miranda
- Motion to suppress arrest of defendant in cases other than DUI (i.e. lack of probable cause to arrest)
