Seeking an experienced legal professional to draft and/or review Purchase Agreement, Lease Agreement and Sharholder Agreement for our client, who is a BUYER. The buyer will be leasing the seller's building so the lease agreement must also be reviewed. We will need to also review the loan documents (finance law).

The involved corporations are in Michigan.

This job entails very little oversight so it is EXPECTED that the freelance will be able to solely handle this project. Of course, I will be available for any questions and will assist the best I can. I prefer to pay a flat fee.
