We require an experienced backend developer to re-build our current system with better functionality, scalability and usability as described below.
AREAS OF SKILL:
Zoho, Zoho Creator, Duluge language, API development, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL and others, CRM, ERP.
YOU MUST
1. Allow time to review and understand our scope fully (to make the project run smoothly)
2. Have exceptional English skill written and spoken
3. Able to communicate using our collaboration software
5. Must deliver manual to allow for user integration
6. Keep the theme of the company consistent throughout the project
7. Have great understanding of current website design and best practices
8. Be able to follow written workflows and input into ERP and adjust/correct to make work best
9. Have complete understanding of business practices to foresee any shortfalls in the scope workability to provide feedback at time of development to allow for 'on the fly' corrections
10. Allow for Alpha & Beta testing with re-work at each stage
11. Allow for debugging for 2 months after product is launched
12. Provide complete transparency during development and updates all the time to allow for correct processes implemented
13. Be available in no less than 4 Australian business hours (9-5) each day Monday-Friday in addition to other hours and weekend work
14. Provide us with all editable files of and works completed in this scope
15. All copyright belongs to me.
16. By agreeing to this project you also agree to not disclose any information relating to the project to any third parties without written consent from myself. All digital assets will not be used in any other way for any other thing unless agreed to by me. This is the basis of your non-disclosure and is binding.
17. If you work in a team environment I expect a manager with the correct skill set to develop and deliver this project to be my contact person.
Funds will be paid only into Escrow and transferred only on completion. I have had too Many Indian developers promise the world, take forever and literally waste over a year only to disappear.
