We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to assist us in our Dropshipping store.
Our philosophy is to minimize customer frustration by being transparent and upfront about delivery times. Instead of hiding, we WANT our customers to know that their shipment will take a little while, and that's why they are getting such amazing savings. We believe in preventive care.
Someone reliable who is interested in growing with us will thrive in this job. We have three more stores in the makings and the right candidate will have all the opportunities to be promoted to a Management position - hiring and leading a small team. REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Customer Service Care in DropShipping stores;
- You MUST have experience with ZenDesk;
- English Fluency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customers on ZenDesk in excellent English in 1 business day;
- Think outside the box. We want you to be yourself, you will have the freedom to analyze each situation and find the best solution for each client - we do not want someone to copy and paste answers;
- Re-send products to customers when needed;
- Communicate daily with the Support Team on Skype;
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.
OPPORTUNITIES:
We have three more stores in the makings and the right candidate will have room to grow with us. We'd prefer to work with someone who wants to eventually be promoted to Customer Service Manager and hire and lead the support team.
