Required software development freelancer for E/A on MQL4 job

This is a MQL4 robot (E/A) based on weekly open and on my own statistical / econometrics projection that I have already calculated. This means, that for every FX pair on which I apply it, the E/A will determine the weekly open based on OHLC data and put upon fixed levels buy and sell limits. The fixed levels are measured in pips and I will type them into a GUI of the E/A. I also want that the E/A is able to put buy or sell limits on the weekly open line if I set a bool flag on the GUI with a fix S/L and fix T/P.
