Required software development freelancer for EC2 small server set up and WordPress site launch job

We are aiming to have a site go live during the weekend, so this timeframe works well with us. I need a Small Tier EC2 launched with WordPress. I need an elastic IP and SSL setup on the server. Our AWS account has several sites on it so please be sure not to touch these. Once up and running I will send you a file that can be uploaded through a plugin called All-In-One-Migration. This plugin does a great, easy and quick job of transferring a complete site, database and all. I expect this whole process to take no longer than 2 hours.
Once you have done all this please send me the aws url to review. I will then have you point the domain.
