We are looking for talented individuals from the Philippines with high EQ and communication skills to fill the role of our eCommerce Logistics Account Manager role. The role is based in our headquarter offices and is a stepping stone to potential team leader and operations manager roles.
On-board, manage and service assigned accounts
Monitor daily activities of accounts to ensure KPI excellence
Establish long term relationship-building with clients to improve their business and thus Floship's business with the clients
Identify new opportunities and requirements from clients to help the product development team develop new products and services
Background in customer service, ecommerce and/or logistics
Fluent in English
Understanding startup culture will be very important
Familiarity with the following a plus: Google Business apps, Helpscout, Asana, Jira, Zapier, Pipedrive
