Required Google Docs freelancer for Edit document using Microsoft 360 or Google Docs job

I need somebody to write a proof of concept in JAVA that does the following.

1) Downloads a word document from some online folder. Assume there is no security.
2) Somehow magically opens the document in Microsoft 360 or Google Docs (You need Oauth do that I belive)
3) When the user saves the 360 document or Google Docs, listens to the event and updates the online folder (For now you can save wherever you want)
