Required Email freelancer for Email routing between Gsuite and Private Server job

Our company uses Gsuite (Gmail) to handle our email.

We have an employee who is unable to access Gmail directly. So we need to route all of their email from Gmail (after spam filtering) to our server, so they can access the email.

Of possible, we also want all outgoing email from our server (for this account) to go via Gmail, so we have a record of all conversations.
