Project overview:
We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email channel on Zendesk.
This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.
This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Ongoing commitment
Working hours are flexible as long as no message is left unanswered for more than 24 hours.
We will have access to a monitoring page, you will be granted 3 late replies per week, after which the job will be closed.
The average amount of daily tickets is 28, most of them take just a couple of minutes to solve. We have developed a panel to aid you in the job, where you can quickly process refunds/replacements and other requests.
