Required software development freelancer for Embedded Systems developer job

We need to integrate in our vending machines (which actually work with VMC and connexion RS485) :
1.touch screen with integrated PC :
create user interface for selection of drinks
propose to select the payment way (coin, cash less, RFID card, QR code,bill (optional))
2. Ingenico IUC 180B
3. QR code reader (brand if not finalysed)
4. Coin changer, for exemple MEI (optional)
Actually our VMC is already connected with coin acceptor (directly), bill note validator (directly) and RFID card reader (via Arduino board)
We look for a Freelance or team who has experience in similar project of vending machines
