Required software development freelancer for Enforcing TLS on all Azure capable resources (IaaS/Paas) job

Azure and Security SME that can look through all the resources and determine which has settings that can enable TLS force, i.e. Storage accounts, Web Apps, has https/Tls enforcement. There's others as well. If resource is already enforces TLS that we'll need to know that too, i.e. sql database.

Once identified, need help creating azure policy to force TLS on the resources.
